Dan Gandee

Dan Gandee is the Team Owner of The Operative Group and is a trusted principal broker, investor, and advisor with a personal portfolio exceeding $5 million in holdings. Known as “The Definitive Investor Agent,” Dan brings hands-on experience in complex 1031 exchanges, vacation rentals, long-term rentals, fix-and-flips, BRRRR (Buying, Renovating, Renting, Refinancing, and Repeating) strategies, creative financing, and multifamily syndication. Dan also works with rural and city zoning, vacation rental regulations, investment financing, underwriting and repositioning strategies, construction estimation, and tenant laws.
