Dre Madden is the Chief Marketing Officer of Real, where she is responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing corporate visibility and implementing a strategic roadmap to scale the company’s agent base. During her time at Real, she was named among HousingWire's Marketing Leaders in 2023 and 2024.

Dre is a multifaceted marketing leader with over 20 years of digital and brand experience building and leading marketing departments at StubHub, OpenTable, and Rodan + Fields. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer for luxury-focused, technology-driven startups in Silicon Valley. She holds a BA with high honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA with a marketing concentration from Santa Clara University.
