Dusty Oglesby is a nationally recognized performance coach, trainer and transformational leader who has helped shape the trajectory of more than 50,000 real estate agents across North America.

Now serving as Vice President of Agent Training & Development at Real Broker, Dusty designs and leads scalable training platforms that elevate agent performance across mindset, skillset, and execution. His work is rooted in a clear conviction: when leaders grow internally, their businesses expand externally.

Dusty has more than 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and professional coaching. Before stepping into this executive role, Dusty became one of the most sought-after BOLD coaches in the country and later served as Director of BOLD, the largest mindset, skillset, and action-based training program in the real estate industry. Under his leadership, the program reached historic performance levels, producing record attendance, the highest listings taken, and the highest properties placed under contract in its history. He led a national team of 45 coaches and influenced more than 25,000 agents annually, driving measurable results at scale.

At the core of everything for Dusty is his bride, Elle, and their twins, Katie and Grayson. He often shares that the most important leadership lessons he teaches were first learned at home.
