Jimmy Burgess

 Jimmy Burgess has sold over $500M in real estate throughout his career. He is also the former CEO for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida where he and his team grew the company from 80 agents with just under $500M in annual sales volume to over 270 agents and annual sales volume in excess of $2.1B. These achievements led to the company being sold to HomeServices of America. 

Jimmy was one of seven agent finalists for the Inman Real Estate Innovator of the Year, in addition to being recognized on Swanepoel’s Power 200 list as one of the 200 most powerful and influential people in real estate for North America in both 2023 and 2024. Jimmy also writes a weekly column for Inman News, the world's largest real estate news source, where he's been recognized as their most read contributing writer for the last three years. Lastly, Jimmy has a YouTube Channel covering real estate strategies for agents with over 26,000 subscribers and his channel recently began averaging over 100,000 views per month.
