Joel Kirsch

Joel Kirsch has been with Real for nearly seven years, beginning his journey as a recruiter in 2018. Over the years, Joel has played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the onboarding team, later taking on the management of both the onboarding and support teams. Currently, Joel serves full-time on the Growth Team, working closely with President Sharran Srivatsaa to take Real to the next level. Based in New York City, Joel brings a diverse background in commercial real estate services and software sales to his work at Real. He specializes in growth and sales, with a focus on ensuring that brokerages and teams fully understand Real’s financial offerings.
