Jonathan Post

Jon Post is a distinguished professional with a diverse background of public service and expertise spanning over two decades. With a foundation built on five years in the United States Marine Corps and a 23-year tenure as a police officer, Jon brings a wealth of experience to his current role in real estate.

His law enforcement career includes roles as a K-9 Officer, drug recognition expert, SWAT team member, accident reconstructionist, patrol officer, and narcotics detective. Jon's exemplary service has earned him numerous accolades, including the Chief’s Accommodation, Distinguished Service Award, and Medal of Valor. Transitioning from law enforcement to real estate, Jon embraced a new challenge with the Ten7 Project, ultimately retiring from his distinguished career in public service to become a full-time real estate professional.

In addition to his impressive production in real estate, Jon is passionate about coaching and mentoring both new and seasoned agents. He focuses on helping agents harness their existing skills and remain authentic in their practice to build relationships that last a lifetime. Recently, Jon expanded his expertise by becoming a Mortgage Loan Originator at One Real Mortgage, where he continues to leverage his background in service and real estate to provide support to clients and colleagues alike. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Business Management.
