Kyle Petitt is a seasoned real estate broker with over seven years of personal investing experience. As the Director of Education and Training for Real’s Military Division, Kyle works to empower military families to achieve their real estate goals. Kyle is the author of "Your VA Loan Blueprint: Avoid Pitfalls, Create Life-Changing Wealth," which serves as a guide that has helped countless veterans navigate the complexities of VA loans.

A graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's in Communications, Kyle leverages his background in broadcast journalism to market properties effectively and tell compelling stories that resonate. His unique approach is rooted in his nine years of service in Air Force Special Operations, where he honed his skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership during deployments to Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, and other locations. Kyle’s tenacity and passion for helping others achieve the American dream drive his commitment to providing exceptional service to his clients. He lives in Colorado Springs with his wife, Lauren, and their two dogs, Butters and Griffin. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys rock climbing, mountain climbing, skiing, and reading.
