Matt “Nugget” Daniels

Matt "Nugget" Daniels is a disabled USAF Veteran and a leading mentor for Real agents in Georgia. Bringing a wealth of experience and dedication, Matt has a gift for supporting fellow veterans and real estate professionals. At Real, Matt spearheads the Real Military Education team and runs weekly masterminds for the Military Division. Although, Matt’s skills extend beyond service and mentorship, playing a key role in everything he does including being a proficient golfer with a single-digit handicap. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Matt has called Augusta, Georgia home since the age of two and has embedded himself in the community since day one. A particularly unique chapter in Matt’s life was leading a team of four analysts in Turkey in 2019 to 3D model what is believed to be Noah’s Ark for a Discovery Channel feature. This endeavor is showcased in “Forbidden History: The Search for Noah’s Ark.” This achievement highlights Matt’s adventurous spirit and commitment to exploring and documenting historical mysteries.
