Renee Zunker is a Combat Veteran and seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience, dedicated to serving military families and veterans through education, advocacy, and exceptional client care. She leads the Zunker Property Group, a veteran-led boutique team specializing in military relocation throughout the San Antonio Metroplex. As Executive Director and founding leader of Real’s Military Division, Renee has been instrumental in building a national network of agents united by a single mission: ensuring veterans and service members fully understand and maximize their VA benefits. Her own story—raised in a military family and purchasing her first home at 21 with a VA loan—fuels her passion for helping others secure the homes they deserve. Renee’s leadership is defined by professionalism, compassion, and a service-first mindset, inspiring her team and colleagues across Real to work hard, be kind, and always lead with value.
