Roland Vandenburg

Co-founder of Romeo Echo, Founder of Operation Jump 22, and Real Military Division Member

Roland Vandenburg is a retired United States Marine with 15 years of service as an Infantryman. His military career includes participation in humanitarian operations in Haiti during Operation Unified Response and combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He concluded his service as a Station Commander at the Marine Corps Recruiting Station in Los Angeles. After retiring from the military, Roland transitioned to real estate where he identified a significant need to deliver exceptional service to veterans. This led him to co-found Romeo Echo, a real estate company dedicated to serving those who have served.

Under his leadership, Romeo Echo was awarded Veteran Business of the Year by the County of Los Angeles. Beyond real estate, Roland continues to give back to the veteran community in any way he can. He is passionate about ending veteran suicide. In 2018, he founded Operation Jump 22, a nonprofit organization focused on preventing veteran suicide through skydiving. Roland’s most recent project is the “Millionaire Child Campaign,” which is aimed at empowering our future generations to thrive in any economy through small, impactful actions. Roland holds an MBA from the University of Southern California. He and his wife Michelle reside in Valencia, California, where they are raising their two children.
