Samir Dedhia is the CEO of One Real Mortgage, the mortgage division of The Real Brokerage. He co-founded Lemonbrew Technologies in 2017, building a digital real estate ecosystem spanning lending, title, insurance, and real estate. As CEO of Lemonbrew Lending, he scaled the company to fund over $1 billion annually before its acquisition by Real in 2022.

Samir began his mortgage career in 2004 and later led SD Capital Funding, where he pioneered an operations model that drove significant growth. With more than 20 years in the industry, he is recognized as a visionary leader committed to combining human connection with innovation to simplify the mortgage process. He holds dual degrees in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
