Sandee began her career in Real Estate with Centex Homes in 2007 when her family arrived for duty in Ft. Hood, Texas. Upon arrival, Sandee worked on building, selling, and inventorying new construction projects. As a result, Sandee’s heart has a special place for Military service members and their families.

Sandee is a proud member of the Real Military Division. Within the military, there is a high level of trust amongst those who have served or are currently serving. Sandee believes that the Real Military Division is an anchor for that trust, acting as a massive referral network that assists those relocating for their next assignment or retiring to their dream home. As a Broker Associate, she has spent the last six years building the Designed 2 Sell Real Estate Group where she has curated agents and industry professionals to work collaboratively for exceptional client experience.

For the past 27 years, Sandee has re-designed, updated, built, decorated, and consulted for numerous real estate professionals, developers, builders, and investors. Her design work has been featured in USAA Magazine, Army Times & Military Times, N2 Magazine, Tex Appeal Magazine, House to Home Magazine, and on ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. However, Sandee's most prized guest appearance was on the popular HGTV House Hunters Renovations.

During her time as a military spouse, on one of her husband’s many deployments, she authored and published her book, That Military House: Move it, Organize it & Decorate it. She has had the opportunity to travel to military installations across the United States, offering design advice and decorating solutions for common challenges that come with military transfers. After an incredible decade in the real estate industry, Sandee has developed and created proven systems, processes, behaviors, and disciplines that she credits for her many successes. Her most recent accomplishment was winning a challenge offered to her by Tom Ferry, the No. 1 real estate coach and speaker for 10 years running, where she had to sign 100 listings in a 10-month period. Sandee's passion to mentor, educate, and transform the careers of other real estate agents is truly part of her DNA. Whether it’s through her podcast, speaking engagements, or as an attendee at real estate conferences and educational events, Sandee proudly lets her love of the industry shine in everything she does.
