Season Ware embarked on her real estate journey in 2005 and founded The Property Shop, an independent brokerage, in 2009. Under her leadership, The Property Shop has grown into the largest independent brokerage in Fort Worth, Texas, with 125 agents. The brokerage focuses on on building relationships over profit within a close-knit, family-oriented atmosphere. In 2024, Season expanded her vision for her business and launched The Exclusive, a luxury branch specializing in high-end real estate that has quickly become known for its innovative marketing prowess. Recently, The Property Shop and The Exclusive, which is now a part of the Real Luxury Division, joined forces with Real through private label.
