Shannon Quagliata

Shannon Quagliata has been in residential real estate since 2007. Shannon built her business in real estate solely by doing one thing – open houses. From 2015-2018 Shannon averaged $500k in annual GCI as a solo agent. In 2019, Shannon took her open house expertise to the next level, patenting her, Open Houses Direct technology created to help agents manage and run open houses in safe and efficient ways. In 2021, she launched her company Open House Masters where she has taught thousands of agents across the country how to not only run open houses more effectively, but how to use open houses as their number one source for lead generation. Her proven systems teach agents how to not only generate more leads, but also how to convert those leads into lifelong clients.
