  • RISE is Real’s annual, agent-first conference—hosted in person and designed to help you grow, connect, and level up. Each year, we bring agents together to hear from industry leaders, gain actionable strategies, and build powerful relationships across the Real community.

    RISE 2026 is packed with high-impact sessions, meaningful connections, and unforgettable experiences you won’t want to miss.

  • RISE 2026 takes place Oct. 19–21, 2026, at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV.

  • We recommend registering early. Tickets are limited, priced in tiers, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a tier sells out, pricing increases.

    For the best value, secure your ticket as soon as possible.

  • No. All attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations and airfare.

    You can book within the RISE room block here. Rooms are limited and will sell out.

  • No. All attendees must be registered in advance. On-site ticket purchases will not be available.

    • You may cancel your ticket for a full refund through July 31, 2026

    • Aug. 1–30, 2026: Eligible for a 50% refund

    • Starting Aug. 31, 2026: Tickets are non-refundable

  • Yes. Tickets are transferable.

    To complete a transfer, email events@therealbrokerage.com with the new attendee’s full name and email address.

    • Real does not facilitate payment between parties

    All transfers must be completed by Oct. 14, 2026

  • Yes. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older to register and attend.
    Children and individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted at the event.on

  • We recommend Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). It’s approximately 2 miles (about 13 minutes) from Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

  • We’ve secured a special RISE room rate exclusively for attendees. Book through the official accommodations page here.

    Important hotel policies to note:

    • The individual booking the room must be 21 years of age or older

    • When you make a reservation, the hotel will charge the first night’s room rate plus tax as a deposit

  • Hotel reservations must be canceled at least 21 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit.

    Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the first night’s room and tax, per the hotel’s policy.

    All hotel changes or cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel.

  • No. Conference tickets and hotel reservations are separate.


    Hotel reservations cannot be transferred and must be managed directly with the hotel.

  • Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation.


    Conference-sponsored events will either take place on property or include provided transportation.

  • Yes. Complimentary self-parking and valet parking are available at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

  • The conference attire is business casual. Convention spaces can be cool, so we recommend dressing in layers.

    The RISE Agent Celebration will have a special dress code—details coming soon.

    • Mon., Oct. 19: Appetizers at the Welcome Reception

    • Tue., Oct. 20: Morning coffee, afternoon coffee, and lunch

    • Wed., Oct. 21: Morning coffee, afternoon coffee, lunch, and heavy hors d’oeuvres at the RISE Agent Celebration

  • Yes. Media passes are available in limited quantities.

    Key things to know:

    • Each agent may purchase one media pass maximum

    • Media credentials must be provided prior to purchase

    • Media attendees must list the agent’s name followed by “media” during registration

    The final day to purchase a media pass is Sept. 21, 2026.

  • Badge pickup will be available at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas:

    • Mon., Oct. 19: 1–6 p.m.

    • Tue., Oct. 20: Starting at 8 a.m.

    A valid photo ID matching your registration is required. Badges are required for all event access.

  • Yes. Your badge must be worn at all times to access conference programming and events.

  • No. All keynotes take place during General Sessions and are included with your conference pass. Seating is first come, first served.

  • Stay tuned. Our keynote announcement is coming later this year.

  • The RISE Agent Celebration is our high-energy closing event on Wed., Oct. 21, 2026. Expect bold vibes, unforgettable moments, and a true celebration of the Real community.

    Dress code details coming soon.

  • No. The Agent Celebration is included with your General Admission ticket.

  • Yes. Attendees with a full conference pass may purchase a Social Pass for a guest.

    Social Pass access includes:

    • Welcome Reception (Oct. 19)

    • RISE Agent Celebration (Oct. 21)

    Social Passes do not include access to conference sessions.

  • Yes. Security will be present throughout the event to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all attendees.
