    • 50% refund available from September 15 to October 13, 2025.

    • No refunds starting October 14, 2025.

  • Yes, you can transfer your ticket! After selling it, email events@therealbrokerage.com with the new attendee’s full name and email to complete the transfer.

  • The closest airport is the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

  • We have negotiated an amazing room rate for RISE conference attendees. All registered guests will be eligible for  VIP first-access seating for the General Session, complimentary breakfast, and a free shuttle to Disney properties. Please book your hotel via the accommodations page here.

  • You’ve got options! Here’s how to adjust or cancel your reservation:

    1. Use Your Passkey LinkClick the original Passkey link from your confirmation email to modify or cancel your reservation directly.

    2. Go to Marriott.comLog in or search for your reservation on Marriott.com to make changes or cancel.

    3. Call the Reservation LinePrefer to talk to someone? Call us at 855-999-0496 for assistance.

    Pro tip: Always double-check cancellation policies to avoid any fees.

  • While the actual room rate hasn’t changed, a new state law now requires hotels to display the full price upfront—that means including all taxes and fees.

    Previously, you saw something like $269/night + taxes + resort fee. Now, the booking link shows the all-in total of $355.51/night, which includes the 12.5% tax and the $47 resort fee.

    Same rate, just more transparent.

  • The Orlando World Center Marriott is located approximately 21 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation.

    Conference-sponsored events will take place in the hotel or will have transportation provided by Real.

  • Valet parking at the Orlando World Center Marriott is available for $55 per night, plus tax. Self-parking is also offered at a rate of $38 per night, plus tax.

  • Transferring your ticket does not transfer your hotel reservation. Any hotel changes must be handled directly with the hotel—unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with this.

  • The attire for the conference is business casual. Please keep in mind that this will be held in a convention setting, which tends to be on the cold side. We recommend dressing in layers.

    Our Agent Celebration party will have a special dress code which will be announced closer to the event. Stay tuned!

  • Nov. 3 - Appetizers will be served at the Welcome Reception.

    Nov. 4 - Lunch, as well as morning and afternoon coffee, will be served. 

    Nov. 5 - Lunch, as well as morning and afternoon coffee, will be served. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served during the RISE Agent Celebration on Nov. 5.

  • Yes, media passes for the conference are available. Please reach out to events@therealbrokerage.com directly to purchase a media pass. The last day to purchase a media pass is October 13, 2025.

    Some important things to note as you begin to make your plans…

    • Every agent is allowed a maximum of one media pass.

    • You must share your media personnel's credentials prior to purchasing the media ticket.

    • When your media personnel register, they must write your name followed by "media" in the space that asks who they are the guest of.

  • Every agent is permitted a maximum of one media pass while supplies last. Please reach out to event@therealbrokerage.com directly to purchase a media pass.

  • You can pick up your badge at the conference hotel on:

    • November 3 from 1–6 p.m.

    • November 4 starting at 8 a.m.

    A valid ID matching your registration name is required. Badges are mandatory for event access.

  • Yes, you’ll need to keep your badge with you at all times in order to access conference events.

  • All keynote(s) will take place during our General Sessions. No seat reservations are needed for General Sessions; all attendees automatically have access to presentations during these segments.

  • No extra ticket needed! Your General Admission pass includes all conference events, including sessions, the Welcome Reception, and the RISE Agent Celebration on November 5, 7–10 p.m. in Orlando.

  • Yes! If you have a full conference pass, you can purchase a Social Pass for a guest. This pass includes access to the Welcome Reception (Nov 3) and RISE Agent Celebration (Nov 5) only.

    Note: Social Passes do not include access to conference sessions or other events.
