The Orlando World Center Marriott is located approximately 21 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation. However, conference-sponsored events will take place in the hotel or will have transportation provided by Real.

No. Conference attendees are responsible for their own hotel and airfare.

Transferring your ticket DOES NOT transfer your hotel. Any changes to your hotel reservation must be made directly through the hotel. We have no ability to assist here; please work directly with the hotel reservation team.

The attire for the conference is business casual. Please keep in mind that this will be held in a convention setting, which tends to be on the cold side. We recommend dressing in layers.
Our Agent Celebration party will have a special dress code which will be announced closer to the event. Stay tuned!

Yes, media passes for the conference are available. Please reach out to events@therealbrokerage.com directly to purchase a media pass. The last day to purchase a media pass is October 13, 2025.
Some important things to note as you begin to make your plans…
Every agent is allowed a maximum of one media pass.
You must share your media personnel's credentials prior to purchasing the media ticket.
When your media personnel register, they must write your name followed by "media" in the space that asks who they are the guest of.

Yes, you are required to pick up your badge before entering any RISE event. You will need to keep your badge with you at all times to gain access to conference events.

You will have the ability to pick up your badge at the conference hotel on November 3. Badge pickup will be from 1-6 p.m. You will have another opportunity to grab your badge the following morning starting at 8 a.m. You must pick up your badge before gaining access to conference events.

Please bring a valid ID that matches the name on your registration when you arrive for badge pickup.

You will need to reach out directly to the hotel to adjust or cancel your reservation.

You are able to cancel and receive a refund until September 14, 2025. To cancel and receive a refund please email events@therealbrokerage.com.
Starting September 15, 2025, registrants may receive a 50% refund for their ticket.
Starting October 14, 2025, registrants will no longer be eligible to receive a refund on tickets purchased.

Yes! Once you have sold your ticket to another individual, you can reach out to events@therealbrokerage.com with the full name and email of the new attendee and they will complete the transfer. Please note that they can not handle any of the transferring of funds related to selling your existing conference ticket. All ticket transfers must be completed by October 13, 2025.

No, your General Admission conference ticket will give you access to all conference events. This includes conference sessions, the opening night Welcome Reception, and the RISE Agent Celebration on November 5 from 7-10 p.m. in Orlando, Florida.

There is no seat reservation needed for any session during the General Session segments! All keynote(s) will take place during our General Session, so all attendees will have automatic access to these presentations.
